Pentillie’s extensive grounds offer a variety of licensed locations in which to say your vows… the romantic Victorian Bathing Hut on the banks of the Tamar river is our favourite.
But if the weather is glorious you cannot beat an outdoor ceremony by the Loggia on the South Terrace while your guests enjoy far-reaching views to Dartmoor or the wisteria-covered Pavilion on the Old Tennis Lawn.

Not to mention truly spectacular photo opportunities. Large lawns can accommodate a marquee if required, the sunny terraces overlooking the gardens and River Tamar make a wonderful setting for your wedding drinks reception and speeches, and the interlinked reception rooms in the Castle itself work wonderfully as an entertainment space if the weather is less kind.
