Caroline from Bridal Gossip planned this photo shoot a shoot to relate to real women and every bride’s vision Caroline did not have any professional models, just real women, beautiful women with very different personalities.
This first shoot has a modern twist of 1920’s inspired glamour. Kirsty, from Looe, was brilliant she was very relaxed and everyone had fun! After all, choosing your wedding dress should be an amazing experience!
The shoot took place at Harlyn Bay in Padstow, Cornwall a collaboration between wedding photographer Laura Buffery and Bridal Gossip bringing together a host of fabulous southwest suppliers.
The dress was selected from the Venus collection at Bridal Gossip Boutique. Kirsty looked incredible in a fitted mermaid satin gown with cap sleeve and waste-line embellishments along with beaded shoulder straps. This show-stopping low back with pearls, crystals, sequins, and gems finishing with delicate buttons all the way to hem.
Kirsty Andrews from Essential Blooms created a beautiful floral display of natural foliage and wild seasonal flowers. Complimenting shades of ivory and greens for total couture glamour.
The hair was beautifully styled by Becky Sandy at Red Hairdressing, the brief was Gatsby The hair accessory was an original vintage Swarovski, pearl and crystal headpiece by Janie Wolverson at The Lucky Sixpence along with heavy shimmering golds and deep plum. The beautiful makeup was by Jo Sandy from Hands and Tans.
This was a fantastic shoot, surrounded by aqua blue waters, clear blue skies, and a spectacular Cornish backdrop.
