A Winter Wedding Feast at Trewithen House and Gardens

A Winter Wedding Feast, a Nordic-inspired setting. The shoot took place in the beautiful surrounds of Trewithen House and Gardens, Truro. The triple tipi set-up from Wild Tipi was adorned with twinkling fairy lights, boughs of bay, fir and eucalyptus.

The locally sourced foliage was echoed in the brides’ bouquet and table settings, alongside thistle and winter roses all beautifully arranged by Fleurtations Cornwall. A deep blue ran through the styling, bringing a touch of elegance.

The stationary was kept clean and delicate with a winter pansy and eucalyptus decal and floral etchings all perfectly designed by the very talented Love Tree Designs.

The bride’s make up was by Amy Potter MUA, Amy used soft winter hues in deep purple and shimmering silvers, perfect for the stunning beaded dress and icicle drop earrings and tiara supplied by Blushing Flamingos

Soft sheepskin rugs covered hay bales, created a welcoming feel as the logs crackled on the fire pit inside the tipis. The use of naturally sourced materials continued in the wooden table plan, stripped trestle tables and wooden place-name holders.

The finished effect was a twinkling, glistening, calm and elegant setting; inspired by nature and by the simplicity of the winter colour palette.
