A Hidden Woodland

A shoot to celebrate our seasons and to celebrate the wonderful Autumnal colours!

The dress from Bridal Gossip was hand dyed to a soft shade of orange and for contrast, Caroline selected a black lace detailed train and bodice to complete the look. The transparent soft tulle worked beautifully against the models pale skin whilst allowing the fallen autumn leaves to be seen from beneath. Tara was the perfect choice of model with her personal love for fairies and her love for nature.

The concept of the shoot was to create some incredible. Autumnal images with a creative twist! This bold bridal shoot showcased the talents of all involved whilst embracing the rich, warm shades of orange, gold, yellow and browns. Sheltered by overhanging trees which allowed the light to peek through, enhancing the natural beauty of the outdoors. A wonderful reminder of just how beautiful this time of year can be.

Stunning colours were artistically applied by Keeleigh at KJR hair and makeup artist to contrast Keeleigh created a magical look with beautiful bold eyes and deep lips. The hairstyle was masterfully created to convey a relaxed but wild feel with crimped, and loose curls.

Jules Hayden from Art of Weddings supplied the most gorgeous florals. Jules brought an autumn firework of warmth and richness to the bouquet and flower crown adding a splash of gold that shimmered in the sun. Her rustic bouquet was creatively gathered together with woodland foliage and homegrown buds.

Further inspiration came from Nick’s colourful collection of orange, green, yellow and black photography smoke which was perfectly arranged to add a dark, deep look to contrast the natural woodland setting.
